Didn’t I read somewhere that Paul Krugman was praising the VA as a model for health reform. I find that not surprising. I’m sure Krugman thinks he will be getting private care for himself.

I would like to know how one would judge the quality of a placebo. How would you ever know if you are being overcharged?
