The in vitro article was a real eye opener. You have to endure many more risks than with normal deliveries.

In vitro is a lot more expensive than most people realize.

Of course the finger print doesn’t have to be fed, or taken for a walk, or hauled to the vet for shots.

A diabetes dog does seem a little bit excessive considering that blood glucose monitors are often sold for a nominal cost or given away for free and blood glucose test strips are only about $0.65 apiece.

As the article says, the medical costs associated with naturally conceived twins are roughly the same as those associated with in vitro twins, minus the fertilization costs.
Naturally conceived twins can have substantial problems as well.
