If Congress really wants a central database to house all of our health records, maybe they should hire the database security professionals used by the banking industry. It seems like we only experience data breaches that result in “virtual” bank robberies in novels and movies. Yet government breaches of sensitive information occur repeatedly and are the subject of actual news articles.
