It’s not surprising that doctors who sit down while talking to their patients appear less hurried and more attentive – and more caring. A physician who appears to be in a rush does not instill confidence in patients wanting a thorough evaluation.

On Botox inhibiting emotions; this isn’t what the study was talking about, but I would think the biggest impairment would be from the loss of expressions and reactions not generated by those around you. Smiling at people causes them to smile back making the act of expressing an emotion result in new emotions in both you and the people you meet.
