		<description>If you cannot buy a kidney, then you can&#039;t have a contractual exchange for one. A contract requires consideration. So maybe the husband can claim he never relinguished his ownership rights.</description>

		<description>Interesting legal issue raised by the kidney. The husband should have made the gift conditional on continuing good relations. Or at a minimum, he should have gotten agreement on how he was to be compensated in case of a divorce.

I suppose it&#039;s one more thing to put in a pre-nupt.</description>
